General terms and conditions of business

1. Applicability

Our "General Terms and Conditions" govern the contractual terms for all contracts to be concluded with you, our customers, and the suppliers (merchants). Deviating conditions of the purchaser have no validity.

2. Conclusion of Contract

Your order is binding. We can accept it, at our discretion, within the delivery times specified by the merchants, by sending the goods or by sending an order confirmation.

3. Your Right of Withdrawal

You can revoke your order within two weeks without stating reasons in writing or by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the received goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders of goods that have been made according to your special requirements or are clearly tailored to your personal needs or are not suitable for return due to their nature, and also in case of damage caused by improper handling by the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to delivered DVD and other software products that have been unsealed and/or played.

4. Price/Product Change and Delivery Reservation

The prices stated in our current lists, including taxes, plus the specified shipping costs, apply. We reserve the right not to accept orders for goods and not to execute them if they are not available. In this case, we or the merchant will notify you promptly and refund your payment.

5. Payment and Delivery

We deliver against prepayment, cash on delivery (only in Germany), via PayPal, and for purchases by credit card.

6. Retention of Ownership

The delivered goods remain our property or the property of the merchants until the full purchase price is paid, regardless of the expiration of the withdrawal period.

7. Defects of the Goods

Should the goods delivered to you be defective, we or the merchants will promptly and service-oriented provide a remedy. Please contact our customer service immediately in this case or send us the defective or incorrectly delivered goods. We request that you keep your dispatch confirmation to us (parcel receipt) carefully for verification purposes.

8. Delivery: Discreet, Neutral, Fast

All shipments are delivered by us in neutral packaging via postal/DHL with discreet sender information. Your privacy is important to us! If an item is not available at the time of your order, we or the merchant will send you a partial delivery in advance and notify you immediately. When the missing item is back in stock, you will receive a subsequent delivery – of course, we or the merchants will then cover the postage costs.
